T.O.S.

General

  • By commissioning me you are agreeing to my T.O.S. whether you decide to read it or not. My T.O.S. is also subject to change as I’m just learning the commissioning process. Be patient with me as I will with you, thank you. <3

  • Art is a hobby of mine. Therefore things that come up in real life take priority.

  • Speaking of priority, your artwork comes before my own personal works.

  • Also about priority I do as follows: paid commissions > any art trades > unpaid commissions

  • Please do not remove my signature from the commissioned piece.

Payment

  • Payment is accepted through PayPal and Ko-fi!

  • All prices are in USD.

  • I require that you pay 100% of the price upfront before I begin or after I sketch out your commission.

  • Payment must be sent within 48 hours of me accepting your commission. If not, then the commission will be canceled. I set due dates on all invoices.

  • Adding a tip is always optional but appreciated!

Process/Updates

  • My turnaround time is typically very quick coming in at around 3 days to 4 weeks (1 month) after all information is accepted.

  • I will contact you if things come up and I’m unable to proceed. Depending on how much is completed we can work on a refund accordingly.

  • I will send the sketch for confirmation unless you’d like it to be a surprise.

  • During the sketch phase, I can edit however much is needed.

  • Feel free to check in whenever you’d like but not constantly. My updates can include: sketch, any sketch changes, colors, and completion of commission.

  • ART TRADES will always be experimental unless discussed otherwise

Rights & Usage

You May:

  • Repost the artwork anywhere as long as you properly credit me in some way, shape, or form.

  • Make small edits to fit your character.

You May NOT:

  • Claim my work as your own.

  • Trace my work.

  • Use my art in any sort of NFT/AI.

Complex Character Examples

There will now be a complexity fee for super complex characters.
This will start at $5 for headshots and $10 for busts/fulls then go up from there. I don't find too many characters complex but if you're worried about it you can definitely bring it up later!
